About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a strong paid media background to join our growing marketing team. You'll lead our paid acquisition efforts across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and other platforms while collaborating cross-functionally on launches, enablement, and lifecycle campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the ad platforms, knows how to drive pipeline efficiently, and can connect paid performance to broader marketing outcomes. You'll work alongside the marketing team — complementing each other's strengths to cover the full marketing engine without missing a beat. We specifically need someone with experience marketing AI, automation, or MSP/IT management software. If that's not your background, this role may not be the right fit.

Requirements

  • Experience marketing AI, automation, or MSP/IT management software products
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B tech environment
  • Deep, hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms
  • Demonstrated experience with website management and conversion optimization
  • Experience producing and promoting webinars or virtual events
  • Familiarity with product launch processes and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience supporting PLG or self-serve funnels — onboarding, activation, or lifecycle campaigns
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement materials that support a quota-carrying team
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data and dashboards
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ABM (account-based marketing) strategies
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs
  • Experience working in a SaaS or PLG environment
  • Background in marketing AI or automation products

Responsibilities

  • Own paid advertising strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms — including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, bid management, and budget optimization
  • Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and lower CAC
  • Manage and continuously improve website performance, including landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and SEO best practices
  • Work within and help evaluate the company's Martech stack — HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more
  • Track and report on campaign performance, surface insights, and make data-driven recommendations to the team
  • Collaborate with the team on end-to-end webinar production — from promotion and registration flows to post-event follow-up and reporting
  • Collaborate with the team on go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches — including messaging, collateral, and campaign coordination
  • Collaborate with the team on PLG funnels — onboarding email sequences, in-product messaging, and activation campaigns to improve trial conversion and user engagement
  • Collaborate with the team on sales enablement materials that support a quota-carrying team

  • HMO Reimbursement — $100/month
  • Life Insurance Allowance — $20/month
  • Dental & Vision Reimbursement — Dental ($20/month) + Vision ($4/month)
  • 15 PTO credits per year (convertible to cash if unused)
  • Training & Learning Reimbursement — up to $30/month
