About The Position

StubHub is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Associate to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves conducting research and analysis to support marketing campaigns, evaluating and onboarding junior team members, analyzing team performance metrics, and providing subject matter expertise in marketing operations. The associate will also monitor and report on marketing system incidents, utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, perform root cause analysis of data anomalies, prioritize marketing support processes, evaluate marketing workflows, develop documentation, collaborate with external partners, communicate findings to cross-functional teams, partner with marketing leaders to evaluate new features, use data insights to optimize digital campaigns, apply performance metrics for campaign evaluation, demonstrate knowledge of core marketing concepts, and incorporate competitive market intelligence. Telecommuting may be permitted up to 2 days per week. The position is based at StubHub, Inc. at 1901 Avenue of the Stars, Century City, Los Angeles, CA 90067.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field plus 3 years of professional experience as a Market Specialist, Market Analyst, or any occupation, job title, position performing performance marketing.
  • 3 years of professional experience optimizing and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns at a global scale within Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo advertising while adhering to policy and compliance within the ticketing industry.
  • 3 years of professional experience implementing performance marketing within the entertainment and technology industry (including live event ticketing industry) following seasonal fluctuations and industry trends.
  • 3 years of professional experience using SQL and Snowflake to query data.
  • 3 years of professional experience utilizing Tableau and Hex to view dashboards and reports to make data informed decisions.
  • 3 years of professional partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to align on goals, manage expectations, troubleshoot challenges, and inform decisions through data and insights.
  • 2 years of professional experience utilizing Pager Duty.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with internal tools and processes (8%).
