Requirements

  • Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field plus 3 years of professional experience as a Market Specialist, Market Analyst, or any occupation, job title, position performing performance marketing.
  • 3 years of professional experience optimizing and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns at a global scale within Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo advertising while adhering to policy and compliance within the ticketing industry.
  • 3 years of professional experience implementing performance marketing within the entertainment and technology industry (including live event ticketing industry) following seasonal fluctuations and industry trends.
  • 3 years of professional experience using SQL and Snowflake to query data.
  • 3 years of professional experience utilizing Tableau and Hex to view dashboards and reports to make data informed decisions.
  • 3 years of professional partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to align on goals, manage expectations, troubleshoot challenges, and inform decisions through data and insights.
  • 2 years of professional experience utilizing Pager Duty.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with internal tools and processes (8%).
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of junior team members by assessing technical aptitude and analytical reasoning through standardized methods (3%).
  • Analyze team performance metrics and identify data driven opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes (8%).
  • Provide subject matter expertise in marketing operations and support campaign execution through detailed analysis and insight generation (6%).
  • Monitor and report on marketing system incidents; analyze incident trends to inform marketing process improvements and reduce future disruptions (4%).
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) to clean, validate, and analyze campaign performance data (5%).
  • Perform root cause analysis of data anomalies or campaign issues and provide actionable insights to improve overall system reliability (7%).
  • Prioritize and execute essential marketing support processes based on data-driven impact assessments (5%).
  • Evaluate marketing workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend enhancements that increase operational efficiency (5%).
  • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of marketing procedures, insights, and findings to inform future strategy (4%).
  • Collaborate with external media and technology partners to gather data, troubleshoot execution issues, and optimize campaign delivery (6%).
  • Communicate research findings and strategic recommendations effectively across marketing, product, and technical teams to align on campaign improvements (5%).
  • Partner with marketing leaders and product teams to evaluate the effectiveness of new feature rollouts using performance data (6%).
  • Use data insights and industry benchmarks to optimize digital campaigns and continuously refine targeting strategies (7%).
  • Apply performance metrics and analytics to evaluate campaign success and recommend enhancements for better ROI (7%).
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of core marketing concepts and their application in market analysis and campaign strategy (5%).
  • Incorporate competitive market intelligence into marketing recommendations to guide positioning and targeting strategies (4%).
  • Stay informed of industry trends in marketing technology, global ticketing, and consumer behavior to support forward-looking planning and strategy (5%).
