SimSpace is seeking a Senior People & Talent Operations Specialist who is a builder, systems thinker, analyst, problem solver, and employee advocate. This role is at the intersection of technology, employee experience, talent operations, onboarding, automation, analytics, and program execution. The specialist will help shape employee experiences and build scalable systems for efficiency. The role involves approximately 50%-60% of time spent within Ashby, focusing on optimizing People Workflows, automations, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes. The specialist will partner with Recruiting and People teams, manage employee data integrity, create and optimize employee communications and workflows, monitor program adoption, analyze data for improvements, build dashboards, support various people programs, identify and implement solutions for process inefficiencies, and act as an operational resource for employees, managers, recruiters, and leaders.
