At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses. We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive. So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. At Docebo, AI and data are reshaping how work gets done—how decisions are made, how talent is developed, and how organizations scale. We’re not just implementing systems; we’re rethinking how people, data, and technology come together to create clarity, efficiency, and impact across the business. The People Systems AI Architect sits at the intersection of People, Product/AI, IT, and Data/BI. This senior individual contributor is responsible for designing and delivering the agentic AI and automation layer across People workflows—turning traditional Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, lifecycle, and service processes into intelligent, AI‑enabled experiences for employees, managers, and People teams. You’ll work primarily across our core People tech stack (Dayforce, Ashby, Zendesk, Glean, CultureAmp, Okta, Slack/Google Workspace, and our shared data warehouse/BI stack), and help define how we layer AI orchestration and automation on top of it. This role is ideal for someone who has fundamentally changed how they work because of AI: you actively use LLMs, orchestration platforms, and AI agents to research faster, design better, ship automations, and document without friction. You will shape the roadmap for workflow orchestration agents, decision‑support agents, and advisory/coaching agents across the People function, helping HRBPs, People Ops, Talent, Rewards, Payroll, Workplace, and Learning teams move away from manual execution and coordination towards strategy, design, and advisory work.
