About The Position

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, People Systems in Warren, NJ (may telecommute 100% of time from any US location) to lead People System technology projects, including Workday product configuration, report development, HR data integration projects and data management. Act as SME on Workday-related technology projects and lead execution of HR technology projects. Ensure clear guidelines, project standards and procedures. Ensure adherence to internal IT Change Management protocols, including creation of Change Requests for system changes; and best practices for documentation and testing; follow SOX compliance guidelines and ensure highest confidentiality of employee personnel data. Oversee daily Workday support for the global HR team. Troubleshoot payroll issues, perform data loads for regular and off-cycle payrolls and assist with historical tax correction loads and banking and settlement processes. Provide day-to-day support for HR systems and ensure that HR data is captured, recorded, modified and/or updated in the relevant systems and/or files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an HR technology role
  • Evidence of completing Workday modules in HCM, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent Management
  • Workday certification (current or prior) in Workday Payroll
  • Workday HRIS projects
  • Workday business process configuration
  • Workday Security Administration
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Loads
  • Calc Fields and Custom Reports
  • MS Project and SharePoint
  • Workday Worksheets configuration
  • Utilization of Worksheets for HR data audits
  • Creation of macro-based tools using Worksheets to assist HR users
  • Setup, maintenance and administration of U.S. benefits in Workday, including plan setups, open enrollment setup, ACA compliance and benefits setup to administer Qualified Life Events.
