This is a dual focus role combining Global Culture & Engagement, Business Partnering and ER Ownership. Reporting to the Head of People (UK based), you will: Own and drive Liberis’ global Culture & Engagement strategy, shaping how we communicate, connect, engage and enable our people across all regions Act as the Senior People Partner, supporting leaders with a strong focus on performance, employee relations and organizational effectiveness Based on our Atlanta office 3-4 days a week, you will act as the on the ground cultural ambassador and ensuring a high quality, connected in person employee experience, playing a key role in shaping the in-person experience and building strong connections across teams You will operate both strategically and hands on, balancing global programme ownership with local execution in a key strategic market. This role is ideal for someone equally comfortable designing global initiatives and handling complex, on-the-ground people challenges.
