We are seeking a highly capable Senior People Operations & HRIS Specialist to join our People team. This is a critical individual contributor role that will help in the selection and implementation of a new HRIS for a mid-market employer, standing up internal payroll and benefits administration, and building scalable People operations from the ground up. This role combines hands-on execution with meaningful ownership across systems, compliance, and core People processes. You will be instrumental in designing workflows, establishing operational rigor, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
