About the Role: The Specialist, People Operations HRIS is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes across IMAX’s global organization. Reporting to the Director, HRIS & Technology, this role focuses on HR Operations and Workday configuration across multiple modules, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. The position plays a key role within the HR technology ecosystem, supporting a complex, global Workday environment and partnering closely across the HR function, including Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, as well as with Finance and IT to deliver high-impact solutions. Our team is constantly pushing the boundaries of HR technology, with exciting initiatives ahead.
