Title: Sr. People Enablement Specialist Department: People Ops Reports To: Sr. Manager, People Enablement & Experience FLSA Status: Exempt Location: NY preferred Position Summary The Sr. People Enablement Specialist will own the execution of our company-wide enablement strategy - including administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), design and delivery of training programs, and development of resources that support employee growth. In addition, they will support employee experience programming and logistics, with particular ownership of remote and virtual event coordination, office-related enablement support across our locations, and cross-functional employee experience initiatives.
