The Senior People Data Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high impact people analytics that inform enterprise level decisions. This role owns complex analyses end to end—from data acquisition and modeling through insight development and executive ready storytelling—and plays a critical role in evolving the organization from descriptive and diagnostic reporting to predictive, forward looking analytics. The role partners closely with HR and business leaders to identify the key drivers of workforce outcomes, model future scenarios, and translate complex people data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to operate independently while influencing across levels and functions. This role reports to the Director of People Technology & Insights This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Raleigh, NC office, with an in-office requirement of two days per week.
