About The Position

This position plays a key part in advancing data-driven workforce decisions by delivering high-quality analytics, insights, and scalable reporting solutions. This role combines strong technical execution with increasing consultative engagement, partnering with HR Strategic Business Partners (HRBPs) and stakeholders to support critical workforce initiatives. The ideal candidate is both analytically rigorous and business-curious, capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights while continuing to build capability in stakeholder partnership, problem framing, and advanced analytics. It is a consulting-oriented analytics position designed to build future leaders in workforce strategy, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, I/O Psychology); Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python for data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., Azure)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and transformation in structured datasets
  • Designed analytics solutions as scalable products (dashboards, models, data assets) with a focus on usability, adoption, and business impact
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in business or HR analytics contexts
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality, governance, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying statistical methods such as regression, predictive modeling, or classification techniques in workforce contexts
  • Familiarity with HR data domains (e.g., employee lifecycle, recruiting, engagement, DEI, performance)
  • Experience working in a consultative or project-based analytics environment with HR or business leaders
  • Experience working with or exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) in analytics, reporting, or workflow automation
  • Familiarity with applying AI techniques to unstructured data (e.g., text analytics, sentiment analysis from surveys or feedback)
  • Exposure to executive-level communication and storytelling with data
  • Experience building scalable analytics solutions or enterprise reporting frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and validate data from enterprise HR systems and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure)
  • Develop and optimize scalable SQL-based data pipelines to enable efficient analytics delivery
  • Design, build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI) to support enterprise and business needs
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with governance and privacy standards
  • Contribute to the development of reusable data assets, standardized reporting frameworks, and reusable analytics assets
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses across key workforce domains such as attrition, hiring, internal mobility, span of control, and organizational health
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques, including statistical modeling, segmentation, predictive, and trend analysis using R and/or Python
  • Translate data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support development and refinement of analytical models, approaches, and tools to enhance team capability
  • Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Quantify the business impact of workforce trends and translate insights into measurable outcomes (e.g., attrition cost, hiring effectiveness, organizational efficiency)
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, and other stakeholders to understand workforce challenges and define analytical approaches
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and deliverables
  • Deliver insights through clear storytelling and executive-ready narratives, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, even in complex or ambiguous situations
  • Progressively lead analytics engagements with increasing independence and ownership
  • Own defined analytics solutions (e.g., dashboards, models, workforce domains) end-to-end, including design, delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Apply product thinking to analytics—ensuring solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned to business needs
  • Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilots, automated analytics platforms) to improve efficiency and speed to insight
  • Connect analytical outputs to strategic workforce priorities such as workforce planning, scenario modeling, and HR investment decisions
  • Incorporate external benchmarks and labor market insights to contextualize workforce analytics findings
