About The Position

The Senior People Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing various people operations functions within the Strive Pharmacy organization. Responsibilities will include an active all hands on deck mindset in employee engagement, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, policy enforcement and ensuring legal compliance. This position will serve as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy of Strive Pharmacy.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years HR Generalist experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in human resource practices, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role, encompassing recruitment, compensation, and onboarding.
  • Experience with Paylocity, Workday, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment characterized by rapidly changing priorities, sensitive/confidential information, and demanding deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws as we all as industry specific regulations ( e.g., HIPPA, OSHA, and pharmacy board requirements)
  • Strong track record of effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Aptitude in planning and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
  • HRBP in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, Nutraceuticals, Cosmeceuticals; Manufacturing Plant is highly desired

  • Be the HR Authority and Resource for SWING shift employees.
  • Experience working across all levels of the company and manufacturing plant. Comfortable with ELT, and hourly, and everywhere in between.
