About The Position

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for its Product and Engineering organization. This role will partner with senior leaders to drive data-driven people decisions that support execution and growth during a period of rapid expansion. The position focuses on reducing friction, increasing clarity, and amplifying leadership impact. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, independent thinker with a clear point of view, capable of anticipating leaders' needs and understanding the upstream and downstream implications of recommendations. Success means turning priorities into practical, scalable solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the Product and Engineering functions and leave the function improved.

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Business Partner or similar HR role supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
  • Ability to make data-driven people decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an influential thought partner to P&E leaders, translating business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Anticipate evolving priorities and align work accordingly, proactively addressing potential people challenges.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across complex and ambiguous workstreams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Leverage data, observations, and domain expertise to identify recurring patterns across P&E, surfacing signals proactively and synthesizing them into clear actions.
  • Lead organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless transitions, transparency, and business continuity.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management activities across P&E, ensuring consistent and defensible people decisions.
  • Apply deep expertise to maintain high standards for job architecture and leveling.
  • Independently manage complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality with sound judgment.
  • Lead effective collaboration with People Team COEs and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned people solutions.
  • Share insights and practices that raise the quality of work across the broader PBP team.
