About The Position

As a People Business Partner for Product and Engineering, you’ll enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support execution and growth. You’ll own and drive core people processes, balancing executional rigor with speed. You’ll identify patterns early, surface insights quickly, and help leaders course-correct before people challenges impact delivery. The focus of this role is reducing friction, increasing clarity, and amplifying leadership impact as the organization scales. This role sits at the center of CoreWeave's Product and Engineering organization, partnering with senior leaders through a period of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This is not a role where you wait to be asked, you bring a clear point of view, operate independently across complex situations, and are embedded deeply enough in the business to anticipate what leaders need before they articulate it. You think about the upstream and downstream implications of every recommendation, build trusted relationships through coaching and knowledge sharing, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes even in ambiguous or fast-moving environments. This person shapes initiatives, refines how people work gets done across P&E, and elevates the quality of decisions across the organization. Success in this role means turning priorities into practical, scalable solutions that help Product and Engineering operate effectively—and leaving the function better than you found it.

Responsibilities

Serve as an influential thought partner to P&E leaders, helping translate business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Anticipate how priorities are evolving and align your work accordingly—before leaders come to you with the problem.
Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, often ambiguous workstreams.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, stepping into the details when needed and knowing when to pull back.
Consider the upstream and downstream implications of decisions before recommending a path.
Leverage data, observations, and deep domain expertise to identify recurring patterns across P&E—surfacing signals proactively, synthesizing them into clear actions, and helping leaders course-correct before challenges compound.
Lead organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless transitions, transparency, and business continuity.
Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management activities across P&E, enabling consistent and defensible people decisions.
Apply deep expertise to hold the bar on job architecture and leveling in a function where those lines can blur.
Independently manage complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality with sound judgment.
Own the resolution, not just the escalation.
Lead effective collaboration with People Team COEs and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned people solutions.
Share insights and practices that raise the quality of work across the broader PBP team.
