About The Position

TSPi is actively seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our team and support our government client. TSPi excels in meeting the needs of our partners (clients) by offering advanced technology solutions utilizing our industry specific knowledge, iterative Agile approach, our commitment and passion to serve, collaborative and fun team atmosphere, and pride in our work. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega professional to help shape the future of enterprise workflow automation and case management solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a recognized technical authority responsible for defining solution strategy, establishing development standards, guiding architecture decisions, and leading the implementation of highly complex Pega-based enterprise solutions. This role requires deep expertise in the Pega platform, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence technical direction across multiple programs and stakeholders. Our Senior Pega Developer position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about innovation, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and thrives in a leadership role where they can mentor others while shaping enterprise technology strategy. This role is contingent upon award of the project to Abt Global and TSPi.

Requirements

  • Must hold the Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
  • Deep expertise in Pega architecture, workflow automation, business process management, and enterprise application development.
  • Extensive knowledge of Rule Resolution, Class Structure Design, Case Management, Data Modeling, Security, Integrations, and Application Performance Optimization.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale Pega implementations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and application modernization strategies.
  • Experience designing complex integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Test Automation, and software engineering best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and organizational outcomes.
  • Position will require the ability to obtain Level 5 suitability screening (Public Trust Position –Positions) with SSA (including fingerprinting).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical authority for Pega-based workflow automation and case management solutions across multiple projects and programs.
  • Lead architecture, design, development, implementation, and modernization efforts for enterprise Pega applications.
  • Establish and maintain organizational standards, best practices, governance processes, and reusable frameworks for Pega development.
  • Partner with architects, business leaders, and client stakeholders to define long-term technology strategies and solution roadmaps.
  • Guide development teams in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex integration initiatives involving enterprise platforms and external systems.
  • Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical quality assessments.
  • Drive adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, automation, and continuous delivery best practices.
  • Support technical planning, solution estimation, risk identification, and mitigation activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and leadership regarding workflow automation, business process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor developers, technical leads, and architects to strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Contribute to technical proposal development, solutioning activities, and business growth initiatives.
  • Represent TSPi as a senior technical leader during customer engagements and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, accessibility, scalability, and performance requirements.
