Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Pega development
- Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) required
- Proficiency in SQL and data-related operations
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Pega Senior System Architect (PSSA) certification preferred
- Pega Platform
- SQL Query Writing
- Agile Fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications using the Pega Platform
- Configure rules, activities, data models, and other Pega components
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support database operations
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across environments
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and produce required documentation
