The role also involves collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, participation in meetings, and mentoring junior associates as appropriate. Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant career experience, including PCB layout design for various types of high-speed, multilayer boards, and advanced proficiency with relevant CAD software. Applicants must meet the job posting’s U.S. Person requirement under export-control laws. The stated total compensation range is $84,500–$136,500, including base salary, bonus potential, and benefits; the actual offer depends on factors including qualifications, experience, education, certifications, skills, and local labor costs.
