The Senior Payroll Administrator manages the entire day-to-day payroll process for over 300 team members, collaborating closely with HR and other business partners on payroll-related matters. This role is responsible for resolving all payroll issues, preparing and reporting on commissions and spiffs, working with the benefits team, and coordinating requests with internal and external auditors. Additionally, this position will oversee the administration of the Company’s 401(k), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Account (HSA) plans.
