About The Position

Large dealership in Olathe area is looking for an energetic, organized individual to administer payroll functions and help with accounting items. Individual must be detail oriented.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll and CDK DMS is a plus.
  • Automotive experience is a plus, knowledge of schedules, AP/AR, billing are all helpful with this position.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making sure federal, state, local and company guidelines are followed.
  • Responsible for benefit data, Onboarding items, following Hire/Term policies and procedures, verifying all tax items, and verifying child support payments.
  • Admin will also verify I-9 and E-verify information is accurate and correct.
  • Responsible for making sure all employee and applicant data is safeguarded according to federal, state, local and company guidelines.
  • Other duties can include follow up on all new hire paperwork, reconciliations, template management and accurate keypunching.
