About The Position

RevenueCat is hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build product partnerships that help developers increase revenue and create growth opportunities for RevenueCat. The role involves understanding how RevenueCat and complementary products fit together, identifying customer-relevant opportunities, and owning partnerships from business case and agreement through launch, adoption, and growth. Examples include partnerships that support web payments, subscription-data usage, or distribution through developer platforms. This is a senior individual-contributor role on a small Partnerships team, reporting to the Partnerships Lead. The manager will set priorities across the technology partner ecosystem, develop selected existing relationships, and identify new opportunities. They will own partnership and commercial work while collaborating with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth. The role also establishes repeatable ways to evaluate inbound opportunities and support partners building integrations with less high-touch involvement. Success includes building and executing partner-specific go-to-market plans, measuring ecosystem impact, launching new partnerships, improving integration adoption and customer outcomes, and scaling the approaches that work. RevenueCat is a remote-first company with more than 150 people across 25+ countries.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology, or platform partnerships.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up.
  • Partnerships experience involving actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
  • Ability to identify partnership opportunities, build the internal case, secure agreements, launch partnerships, and explain their impact on customers or the business.
  • Ability to understand integration details by reading API and SDK documentation, explaining how products and data flows fit together, and identifying requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
  • Experience designing partner-specific go-to-market strategies and explaining the audience, rationale, and results.
  • Experience building or significantly improving a product or technology partner ecosystem, including deciding where to invest and where not to.
  • Repeated experience taking ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
  • Understanding of how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
  • Firsthand experimentation with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment using tools such as Notion, Slack, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and priorities for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem, identifying customer problems and growth opportunities and deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
  • Create product partnerships by identifying customer needs and market opportunities, developing business cases, engaging potential partners, negotiating commitments, and owning relationships from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Establish a scalable process for evaluating inbound partner opportunities and work with Product to provide guidance, onboarding, and support for companies developing integrations.
  • Develop and execute plans with priority partners that extend beyond integrations, including customer adoption and education, co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other suitable go-to-market activities.
  • Define and report metrics that show partnership value and inform future investment.
  • Build joint plans, success measures, and performance baselines for priority partnerships.
  • Source, sign, launch, and grow new partnerships, and scale effective go-to-market approaches while reducing investment in activities that are not delivering.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.

Benefits

  • Competitive equity in a fast-growing Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator.
  • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options.
  • Fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility.
  • 4–5 weeks of flexible time off annually.
  • Paid desk at a co-working space.
  • Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend.
