Edwards Injury Firm•Charlotte, NC

About The Position

Edwards Injury Law is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to manage personal injury cases and provide high-level litigation support. The role independently manages cases from the post-treatment phase through settlement or litigation resolution and supports attorneys with litigation preparation and trial. The Senior Paralegal manages assigned cases, tracks milestones and deadlines, maintains accurate electronic files, and prepares case summaries, medical chronologies, and supporting materials for attorney review. The position assists with litigation documents and coordinates discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
