We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks,) and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble. In this role, you aren’t just supporting—you are an integral part of our mission to guide families through life's most important transitions. We provide a structured environment where specialized administrative teams handle non-legal tasks, empowering you to focus exclusively on high-level case management and trial preparation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of family law experience in Texas; 10+ years of experience is most preferred.
  • An Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. In lieu of education, we will accept 10+ years of exact experience in TX.
  • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding MS Office and or Google Suite applications.
  • Proficiency on Clio and TxDoc OR similar software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and positive communicator.

Nice To Haves

  • A paralegal board certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting complex pleadings and discovery documents.
  • Managing extensive financial discovery, including tracing separate property funds and investment account analysis.
  • Systematically preparing attorneys for contested evidentiary hearings and final trials by creating trial binders, witness lists, and exhibit summaries.
  • Coordinating with forensic accountants, appraisers, and other expert witnesses.
  • Providing expert strategies and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
