About The Position

Join JUICE as a Senior Paid Social Ads Manager and lead high-impact advertising strategies for a portfolio of exciting brands. In this role, you will own the strategic direction, execution, and performance of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok. You will work closely with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to develop full-funnel growth strategies that drive measurable results. As a senior member of the team, you will also help mentor junior team members, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure that campaigns are optimized for scalable and efficient growth. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about helping brands grow through data-driven advertising.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid social advertising experience, ideally managing large-scale Meta and TikTok campaigns.
  • 3+ years of agency experience preferred.
  • Proven experience owning paid social strategy and driving measurable growth for multiple clients.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution models, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing high-converting ad creative and copy.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Highly proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow through performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of paid social accounts across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth targets.
  • Design full-funnel acquisition strategies that optimize for awareness, engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
  • Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and efficient CAC.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns.
  • Lead testing strategies across creative, audiences, messaging, and funnel stages to continuously improve performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend strategically to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to best practices across tracking, attribution, and measurement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas forimprovement.
  • Translate performance insights into clear strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track key performance indicators and communicate results.
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers to align advertising strategy with broader client growth initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input into marketing funnels with a strong understanding of LTV, CAC, and revenue-driven performance metrics.
  • Communicate campaign strategy, performance insights, and optimization recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior paid media team members, sharing best practices and strategic insights.
  • Contribute to internal processes, frameworks, and testing methodologies that improve team performance.
  • Help elevate the agency’s paid social expertise through experimentation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising strategies.
  • Continuously test and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve campaign performance.
