About The Position

TurboTenant is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to be a key player in their growth strategy. This role involves driving high-quality growth through strategic, analytical, and creative paid search campaigns. The position is not just about budget management but also about leveraging data for a competitive advantage and fostering operational excellence within the Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker passionate about performance marketing, campaign optimization, testing new strategies, and uncovering insights to drive significant results, with a focus on efficient acquisition and automation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience owning Paid Search specifically for B2C companies, with a proven track record of driving profitable revenue and user acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling and managing monthly budgets in excess of $300k.
  • A passion for clear, concise communication that is consistently backed by data. You can own the accuracy of channel data and build complex analyses.
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to test new ideas, learn from results, and proactively work cross-functionally to drive feature adoption.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline conversion imports.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Utilizing AI tools (like Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT) to accelerate productivity, campaign execution, and data analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for custom event tracking and conversion setup.
  • Hands-on experience in residential real estate as a landlord, investor, real estate agent, leasing agent, or community manager.

Responsibilities

  • Fully own, administer, and manage TurboTenant’s entire Google and Bing Ad ecosystem across multiple brands, focusing relentlessly on driving profitable new user signups and customer acquisition.
  • Lead in-depth campaign expansion and testing. Optimize bidding algorithms, ad copy, and quality scores, while expanding keywords to efficiently scale budgets and hit company-wide growth goals.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities, refine lead loops, and better understand the needs of landlords and tenants to optimize every conversion.
  • Partner directly with Google and Bing representatives to secure custom reporting and gain access to exclusive beta programs.
  • Translate complex channel data into clear insights that explain how paid search impacts the broader business.
