About The Position

MVR Digital is hiring a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own Meta and Google strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium and luxury DTC brands. This is a hands-on role. You will be in Ads Manager and Google Ads daily building, testing, and scaling campaigns. You will also set the strategy, defend it on a client call, and run the projects and client relationships around the media. Clients treat you as their day-to-day lead. MVR Digital is a performance marketing agency with hubs in NYC, Chicago, and Denver, working with premium and luxury DTC and e-commerce brands to grow profitably online. Requirements

4+ years hands-on paid media, agency or high-growth brand side, with real depth in both Meta and Google
Deep Meta expertise: Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, CAPI, incrementality
Deep Google expertise: Search, Shopping, PMax structure, and Merchant Center and feed troubleshooting
Personally owned $100K+ monthly budgets with documented efficiency gains
DTC or e-commerce ownership. Premium or luxury AOV experience is a strong differentiator
2+ years of client-facing experience, including running your own client calls and weekly communication
Project management experience on marketing work: you have owned launches, timelines, and cross-team handoffs, and used a tool like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
A record of high-touch client service, with fast response times, proactive updates, and clients who would vouch for you
GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution fluency
Fluent, confident English and strong client communication. This role is client-facing
Comfortable in a fast-moving remote environment with multiple accounts

Responsibilities

Own Meta and Google strategy and day-to-day execution across a portfolio of DTC accounts, including build, structure, budget pacing, testing, and scaling decisions
Manage $100K+ per month in spend per account against ROAS, CPA, and MER targets
Run Meta with Advantage+, CBO, and structured creative testing
Run Google across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and hold a clear position on branded spend and incrementality
Connect creative performance to what you do in-platform
Support TikTok and other channels where they affect your accounts, and hold a point of view on cross-channel budget allocation
Own campaign launches, seasonal pushes, and testing roadmaps from kickoff to delivery, with an owner and a date on every task
Coordinate across creative, email, and analytics to hit launch dates
Keep tasks and timelines current in ClickUp without reminders
Flag risks to deadlines, budgets, and dependencies early, and bring options with the flag
Lead the paid media portion of client calls. Explain performance clearly, bring a recommendation, and push back when a request will not serve the client
Send weekly updates that are accurate, clear, and on time
Respond fast, set expectations up front, and close every loop
Catch client needs and performance issues before the client raises them
Mentor junior buyers and act as the QA gate for Meta and Google work before it goes live
