Requirements

• Significant specialized experience with 5+ years of experience in the same or related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• LMS experience with enterprise-wide platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Facilitation, or training & development experience as well as instructional design experience preferred.
• Solution-focused with knowledge of project management.
• E-learning technologies (Learning 365/Zensai or other LMS administration platforms).

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing processes, programs, courses, and tools for improving organizational effectiveness and people capabilities across the Organization.
• Guiding colleagues through the talent management process and providing support for program development.
• Serving as the OD liaison for human resources and other functional areas.
• Developing, revising, and implementing learning experiences for Canyon Ranch colleagues which promote a consistent culture aligned with our principles.
• Providing appropriate learning materials and opportunities to develop staff including compliance and regulatory training and other material representative of the company’s mission and vision.
• Managing the learning management software platform ensuring materials are regularly reviewed, current, assigned to staff in a timely manner.
• Developing, monitoring, and actively engaging in colleague education and development programs.
• Creating, administering, and delivering training (ILT, Online and LMS modules).
• Providing recommendations in learner needs and career development.
• Scheduling, tracking, and monitoring all training records and materials.
• Creating internal marketing materials (Canva or similar platform), tools, curriculum, and frameworks for development programs.
