About The Position

The Senior Organizational Design Consultant assesses existing organizational structures and designs new operating models to improve effectiveness and support strategic objectives. The role guides leaders through change management and restructuring initiatives. The position is in the DMV and requires onsite work at least three days per week, with travel up to 10%. An active and maintained Top Secret federal or DoD security clearance is required.

Requirements

Active and maintained Top Secret federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
Five years of experience in organizational design, organizational assessment, or organizational change.
Ability to work onsite in the DMV at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing organizational structures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement new operating models and governance frameworks.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support organizational change.
Collaborate with HR to align talent management and succession planning with new structures.
Document organizational design processes and decisions.
