Senior Oracle Developer
About The Position
Helen of Troy Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer for two openings in Plano, TX. This role involves working closely with IT Functional Business Analysts to design, develop, implement, support, and maintain extensions and enhancements to Oracle E-Business Suite. The position is responsible for the successful implementation of technology solutions across all Oracle E-Business Suite modules, adhering to Helen of Troy's SDLC, Change Control, and testing methodologies. Key responsibilities include supporting the investigation and resolution of system issues, providing system information, utilizing diagnostic techniques, guiding production support efforts, and interfacing with vendor support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
- Experience with Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Modules
- Experience with SQL and PLSQL
Responsibilities
- Technical development lifecycle including design, build, unit test and deploy
- Develop interfaces of Oracle EBS with other external and custom applications
- Work closely with business analysts in development and support of Oracle EBS suite
- Primary support for bugs / issues with Oracle Custom Development modifications
- Participate in analysis, design, and solutioning of major projects
