Make an impact! As a Technical Services Operations Manager, you’ll lead a motivated team of chemists and drivers while managing full P&L responsibility for a service center. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting both your team and customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred)
3–5 years of leadership experience in an operations or service environment
5+ years of industry experience, with lab packing expertise strongly preferred
Knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience with SAP a plus
Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively
Ability to travel locally up to 50%

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for the service center with full P&L ownership
Oversee scheduling of customer work, logistics, and team assignments
Manage and develop Field Chemists and Drivers, providing training and support
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and DOT regulations
Coordinate purchasing, invoices, and supply management for the facility
Collaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical and operational needs
Communicate facility updates and challenges to regional leadership
Other duties as assigned
