About The Position

Triumvirate Environmental is hiring a Senior Facility Lab Pack Supervisor for its facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. The role provides exposure to RCRA and DOT compliance, technical services, transportation, solid disposal coordination, ten-day transfer of hazardous waste, and universal waste management. With training, mentoring, and experience, the employee may develop toward managing a Triumvirate waste facility. The position reports to the Senior Hazardous Waste Operations Manager and is onsite. The supervisor supports facility compliance and operations, including waste management under facility permits and local agency expectations, waste consolidation and profiling, outbound transportation coordination, and trailer loading. The role also involves supervisory coverage when key management is absent, work with computerized waste-tracking systems, and participation in an in-house emergency response team after completing ER training. This safety-sensitive role frequently involves handling hazardous chemicals and putting on and taking off personal protective equipment. It requires daily lifting of items weighing up to 75 pounds and the ability to report to a designated office within one hour during emergency response.

Requirements

At least 5 years of industry experience or relevant military experience.
Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
Reliable transportation.
Consent to motor vehicle record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening, including THC.
Participation in a random drug-screening program, including THC, upon employment.
Willingness to work overtime regularly and flexible hours within the Monday-through-Friday work week.
Ability to report to a designated office within one hour during emergency response.
Ability to handle hazardous chemicals and put on and take off personal protective equipment.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds daily.
Willingness to consent to the screenings and assessments required for this safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

Develop the knowledge and experience needed to manage a permitted facility.
Understand facility permit requirements and local governing agency expectations for waste management.
Assist with facility compliance, including daily, weekly, and monthly checks, training, SOP implementation and review, and process review.
Assist with general facility operations and serve as a leading supervisor in the absence of key management.
Consolidate waste according to permits, disposal facility requirements, and customer preferences.
Build trailer loads for outbound transportation.
Coordinate waste determinations and profile management.
Coordinate outbound loads, including arranging deliveries and scheduling transporters.
Develop an understanding of DOT, RCRA, EPA, and OSHA regulations and Triumvirate’s health and safety practices.
Demonstrate supervisory leadership through interactions with coworkers.
Become familiar with the technical, customer-service, and business components of environmental services.
Work with computerized waste-tracking systems.
Join the in-house emergency response team after completing emergency response training.
Lift items weighing up to 75 pounds as part of daily work.
Be able to report to the designated office within one hour during emergency response.
Work overtime regularly and flexible hours within the Monday-through-Friday work week.
