This position is ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT FULL-TIME ANNUALLY PAID PARKS EMPLOYEES. The Senior Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Chief of Operations and will have significant autonomy in decision-making regarding policies and programs. The role involves providing administrative and scheduling support, managing complex projects, and overseeing data collection and analysis. The coordinator will also be involved in capital improvements, communications, business practice improvements, and technical support for borough managers. Additionally, the role requires providing customer service, managing records, coordinating emergency preparedness, and acting as a central point of contact for Manhattan operations.
