Campus Recreation is looking for an experienced and dynamic person to join our team as Coordinator for Facility Operations. Under the supervision and direction of the Assistant Director for Facility Operations & Reservations, the Coordinator for Facility Operations will serve on the team responsible for the daily operation and management of the Intramural Building. Specific responsibilities include: Oversee the daily operations of the Intramural Building. Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate student employees, including supervisors, leads, and attendants. Ensure proper compliance with risk management processes and protocols for facility operations. Maintain all risk management records according to department and University policy. Manage payroll for facility operations student staff. Assist with event set-up and management as needed for various facility reservations (including registered student organizations, club sports, and intercollegiate athletics). Provide occasional support for other facilities, projects, and events in Campus Recreation. Performs other duties as assigned.
