About The Position

Join Uline as a Senior Operations Analyst, where you’ll turn data into actionable insights that shape company strategy and guide executive decision making. This business insights position does not include software development responsibilities. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical or business insights role.
• Strong communicator able to present data-driven narratives to executives.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with the demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis.

• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business challenges by identifying trends and performing root cause analysis to understand what’s really happening behind the data.
• Synthesize findings into concise written summaries that explain the “so what,” recommended actions and expected impact.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to design analyses that inform business decisions.
• Contribute to high-visibility initiatives that influence company strategy, customer experience and operational efficiency.
