Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
  • Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across the philanthropy team using various computer systems and applications.
  • Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
  • Plan, organize, and execute meetings, small scale events, and educational sessions, managing all logistics, timelines, and confidential information to ensure successful outcomes.
