However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. About the role We’re looking for a Senior Network Services Analyst to join our growing team!

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise networking
Extensive hands-on expertise with Cisco Meraki solutions (MX, MS, MR)
Strong knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS)
Experience with SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud-managed networking
Familiarity with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SASE)
Analytical problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to manage large-scale, multi-site projects
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Must be eligible to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

CCNP or Higher
Meraki CMNA/CMNP strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain network architecture leveraging Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR platforms
Lead SD-WAN deployments and VPN architecture for secure, resilient connectivity
Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve complex LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues
Monitor network performance and implement proactive improvements using Meraki Dashboard and analytics tools
Collaborate with security teams to enforce firewall policies, segmentation, and Zero Trust principles
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks
Maintain accurate network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration baselines
Contribute to continuous improvement of network governance processes
Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and cross-functional teams.
Act as a subject matter expert for Meraki technologies within the organization
