FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Network Services Analyst II is an ideal intermediate-level technical position at MultiCare, providing technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of the local and wide area network equipment and services. In this position, you will provide project management and analyses ensuring excellent system operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred, experience in networking may be substituted
  • Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience required
  • Three-five (3-5) years of experience in Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining or using (as a “super user”) systems in an Information Technology or health care setting
  • Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred
  • Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot problems and monitor system performance statistics
  • Perform routine system maintenance and/or administration
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system problems
  • Assist in installs of new system maintenance releases and system utility upgrades
  • Assist in inventory of parts and materials for installations, repairs and preventative maintenance and coordinate service installations with vendors, technicians and customers
