Requirements

3-5 years of IT Help desk support, MSP, or general IT experience desired
0-2 years of experience with Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent industry experience and certification
Understanding of network and endpoint topology
Customer service oriented and the ability to problem solve are competencies required for this role

Responsibilities

Provide positive customer engagement by delivering a high level of support and timely response to customer inquiries.
Resolve customers IT issues and address a wide range of issues with hosted servers as well as client’s networks, servers and PCs.
Support business-critical areas of Aktion’s data center customer deliverables, ranging from basic user computing questions to advanced virtualization and storage.
Tracking and resolving every customer request.
Serve as an advisor and mentor to other NOC staff for the for the resolution of more complex technical issues.
