Reporting to the Sales Director, Beauty, you will own and grow commercial results with major national retail partners in the beauty category. This is a hands-on, high-impact position focused on delivering sustained sales and profit growth, developing strong joint business plans, and driving excellence in execution. You will have direct accountability for sales targets, forecasting, and account P&L. Using data and clear communication, you’ll regularly assess performance, identify opportunities, and act quickly to capitalize on them. Building trusted, high-value relationships with external retail partners and cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain) is essential to your success. You will lead core account meetings, negotiate terms, and present actionable business cases—delivering results while strengthening Dyson’s presence and reputation in the marketplace.
