About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer who can bring ideas to life across mediums and help push our creative forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D design, motion graphics, and video production
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to move fluidly between disciplines: design, motion, and video
• Strong understanding of storytelling in experiential and brand environments
• Experience working in deadline-driven environments with multiple active projects
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to both lead and support
• Passion for mentoring and helping others grow

Nice To Haves

• Experience in experiential design, exhibits, or event environments
• Ability to think beyond the screen—how content lives in physical space
• Strong point of view on design, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Curiosity and drive to continuously evolve creatively

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of multimedia storytelling across video, motion, and graphic design
• Design and produce high-impact 2D graphics for exhibits, events, and digital campaigns
• Concept, shoot, and edit video content that elevates brand narratives
• Collaborate with 3D designers, strategists, and producers to create cohesive experiences
• Work within fast-paced timelines and consistently deliver against deadlines
• Contribute to concepting sessions and help translate strategy into visual ideas
• Mentor and guide junior designers, elevating overall team output
• Support client presentations with polished visuals and storytelling clarity
