POSITION TITLE Multimedia Designer POSITION LOCATION Richmond, VA YOUR ROLE The Brand Marketing team is seeking a highly creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to execute and modernize our visual brand identity. In this hands-on, high-production role, you will focus on bringing our brand stories to life and keeping our visual presence fresh and relevant. You will partner directly with brand stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into clean, contemporary visual experiences across both static and moving mediums. As a true multidisciplinary production designer, you are equally comfortable executing designs for print/digital platforms and creating video and motion content for us across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube. Operating across several diverse lines of business, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment—efficiently managing a high volume of graphic design projects and video edit timelines simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence.
