This position is an in-office role reporting to the Marketing Manager and is classified as an exempt (salaried) employee.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or other related fields OR 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, videography, photography, or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design and video tools.
  • A strong portfolio of graphic design and video projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and trends in the interactive industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Videography experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing graphics, animations, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements for website, social media, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Creating digital signage templates in the Content Management System “Sho”.
  • Editing and enhancing videos, animations, motion graphics, and webinars for product demos, tutorials, testimonials, events, and social media.
  • Assisting with the coordination of photographs and videos of the company’s products for social media, print, and email blasts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to understand multimedia needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Managing and maintaining the multimedia library, ensuring assets are organized, updated, and accessible.
  • Researching and staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and tools in multimedia design and production.
  • Providing support for multimedia-related issues or requests.
  • Following the company's brand guidelines and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all visual materials.
