Dentsu Creative's Motion Team is looking for a mid-level Motion Designer for a temporary role, expected to start as soon as possible for approximately 1 month. This is a part-time position, around 20 hours per week, with potential variation based on business needs. The role involves working in a highly creative environment, across campaign, brand, and social content, conceptualizing and delivering motion design for major global brands. The primary focus will be on a marquee client, with details revealed upon engagement. The designer will collaborate with other creative thinkers, applying animation principles and visual storytelling to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities include owning projects end-to-end, building reusable systems, and leading work in a fast-paced agency setting. The role also requires designing for various platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social, managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines, sourcing music and sound, and maintaining brand consistency. A key aspect of this role is the integration of AI tools into the workflow to enhance efficiency in tasks such as generating references, iterating on concepts, exploring layouts, and streamlining repetitive processes. The emphasis is on leveraging AI to augment design skills, not replace them.
