About The Position

The Senior Mission Operations Engineer will lead the technical relationship between Anduril’s Connected Warfare/Mission Command teams and the Army Acquisition Enterprise and Army Network community. The role coordinates across Army acquisition organizations, operational units, third-party partners, and internal teams to design, integrate, test, and deploy Anduril products in support of Army command-and-control missions. The engineer will drive system-of-systems design and integration, align stakeholders with competing technical and programmatic priorities, and help establish conditions for program expansion through successful delivery. The role includes planning and executing lab-based experimentation and validation, supporting deployments, and representing Army users’ workflows and feedback to product and engineering teams. Hands-on support for hardware and software integration is performed in customer test beds and company laboratories. The position also requires collaboration across engineering, product, logistics, business development, contracting, and technical operations teams. The role requires deep knowledge of the U.S. Army acquisition community, modern C2 systems and workflows, and defense systems engineering. An active SECRET clearance and willingness to travel 25–50% are required. The listed U.S. salary range is $167,000–$240,000, base salary only. Anduril states that most full-time offers include competitive equity grants and that full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.
