Requirements
- 3+ years experience in merchandising or related field
- 2+ years in Buying/Sourcing
- 2+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed (less than10%)
- Strategic merchandising professional skilled at delivering effective product solutions in fast-paced, client-facing settings.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to analyze trends and develop strategies
- Excellent ability to organize tasks and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering presentations to clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client merchandise programs, developing and executing product strategies aligned to customer objectives
- Lead product sourcing and idea generation to deliver innovative promotional solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Services, Marketing, and vendors to meet program expectations
- Attend strategy meetings, and tradeshows to present merchandise direction
- Influence customer perception through product recommendations and trend insights
- Support forecasting and program planning using product expertise
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends and product innovations
