Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of event planning and management experience, ideally in a corporate setting
Hands-on experience with Cvent, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A strong understanding of hi-touch meetings and event management trends and best practices
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor junior team members and support a high-performing team culture
Sharp problem-solving, customer relations, and decision-making skills that help you stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

Leading complex meetings and events from concept through post-event wrap-up with confidence and attention to detail
Building strong client partnerships, setting clear expectations, and keeping communication proactive and polished
Managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and finding smart ways to deliver quality while staying on target financially
Keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables organized across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Creating executive-ready presentations and leading on-site teams through fast decisions and smooth event execution.
