About The Position

At Post Consumer Brands, we're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and people-focused Senior Media Manager to lead our growing Commerce Media capability. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how some of the most recognized food brands connect with consumers across today's evolving retail media ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead a team of commerce media experts, partner with key stakeholders across the business, and drive digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth with major retail partners such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, Amazon, and others. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, digital media planning, media strategy, or related disciplines.
  • 3-4+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading managers or people leaders strongly preferred.
  • Ecommerce experience required.
  • Digital media experience on either the agency or client side required.
  • Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Skilled at translating complex data into clear business insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Transparent, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Degree concentration in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Experience across multiple digital channels, including retail media, search, social, and programmatic advertising preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of six, including two people leaders and their direct reports.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor team members to grow their expertise and impact.
  • Influence and educate cross-functional stakeholders on commerce media investment strategies.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Sales, Marketing Communications, Insights, and Agency teams.
  • Guide sales teams on commerce media investments and demonstrate media impact on sales performance.
  • Translate brand objectives and sales priorities into effective digital investment recommendations.
  • Educate leadership on emerging retail media trends, capabilities, and opportunities.
  • Own annual commerce media planning across priority retail customers.
  • Develop and execute digital media strategies aligned to business and sales objectives.
  • Manage investments across key retail media networks and commerce channels, including Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Roundel (Target), Amazon Ads, and others.
  • Evaluate retail media capabilities and performance to inform future investment decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, testing, and optimization.
  • Establish measurable success criteria and KPIs for commerce media investments.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Communicate results, insights, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Continuously optimize programs to improve performance and deepen audience understanding.
  • Develop and oversee creative testing strategies, including A/B testing across key retailers.
  • Lead audience targeting and optimization initiatives.
  • Evaluate and test emerging commerce media channels and opportunities.
  • Build a test-and-learn culture focused on continuous improvement and measurable growth.

Benefits

  • Up to $135,000 base salary plus 20% Short-Term Incentive (STI) Bonus
  • The pay range for this position is $117,407- $183,154 per year.
