The Director, Commerce Media is responsible for building and creating integrated retail and paid media strategies for clients, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes across onsite retail media, offsite retail media, paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, CTV, and other performance-driven channels. The Director will partner with clients, internal media teams, account leads, creative teams, analytics partners, and retail media networks to develop strategic media plans that support client objectives, strengthen commerce performance, and connect brand engagement to conversion. This role will guide channel strategy, audience planning, budget allocation, measurement frameworks, reporting, optimization, and thought leadership across the evolving commerce media landscape. As a leader, this role will help shape Product Connections’ commerce media practice by developing best practices, mentoring media team members, identifying innovation opportunities, and translating marketplace trends into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
