About The Position

The Building People is seeking an experienced Maximo Senior Data Lead to oversee data strategy, governance, and migration activities supporting enterprise asset management initiatives. The role analyzes complex data environments, develops migration approaches, and ensures data is successfully transformed, validated, and integrated into IBM Maximo solutions. The successful candidate combines technical expertise with leadership and analytical skills to guide data migration workstreams, maintain data quality and integrity, and support system implementations. The role works collaboratively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure data assets are accurate, reliable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Anticipated role breakdown: monitor data migration workstreams and coordinate project team activities (10%); lead data analysis (25%); develop data migration strategies (25%); create data migration objects (10%); execute data migration (10%); and conduct quality reviews (20%).
