Sr. Material Administrator
About The Position
The Senior Material Administrator supports production planning and materials management by maintaining SAP transactions, monitoring inventory, coordinating material movements, and preparing operational reports. The role works with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and headquarters teams to help ensure timely material availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient manufacturing operations. It also supports digitalization and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position assists the PMC Manager with SAP PP and MM transactions, production orders, production output confirmations, activity-time entries, and material settings. It prepares monthly reports, coordinates incoming and transferred raw and packaging materials, monitors and replenishes inventory, and analyzes critical-material alerts, aging, and slow-moving stock. The role also inputs and analyzes semi-annual stock-count data and coordinates digitalized production paperwork and an AI project for material planning.
Requirements
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs, as well as Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
- Assist the PMC Manager with operational tasks.
- Handle SAP PP and MM module transactions.
- Create production orders in SAP.
- Confirm daily finished products against output.
- Input activity time for production orders.
- Maintain material settings in SAP.
- Use operational data to prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with headquarters, Logistics, and Procurement regarding incoming and transferred raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor and replenish raw-material and packaging-material inventories to support production and maintain assigned stock levels.
- Analyze and create critical-material inventory alert, aging, and slow-moving reports.
- Input and analyze semi-annual stock-count data.
- Coordinate digitalized production paperwork and an AI project for material planning.
